The fee schedule for adopting dogs in 2010 is as follows:

• Pure Lab Adult Dogs $200, Puppies $225, Lab Mix Adult Dogs $175,Senior and Special Needs Labs per board discretion,
• The Adoption Fee Donation is due on the date of adoption and is non-refundable.

I wouldn't  do this to a dog-but you do by ignoring puppy mills. Please get involved,  just a letter to your State Congress Person is a start.
