Dog of the Month: Frank

Frank is a 5-year old black labbie.
He is a big boy weighing in at about 85 pounds. I believe he may
have a little something else in him but not sure what. He is
mostly labbie though and is such a sweetheart. He is very calm and
well mannered in the house. Still has the playfulness outside
though. He walks amazingly well on leash. Rides well in the
car. Is crate trained but he would be fine just left out in the
house I believe. He is housebroken, hasn't chewed up anything, and
haven't noticed any holes in the yard. I have a 4-foot chain link
fench and he has never thought about trying to get out. And he is
such a love bug. Gets along great with kids and people and pretty
good with other dogs. Sometimes initially if he meets a dog that
is young and full of energy who wants to get in his face, he gets
irritated and he will snarl or snap. But he has never gone beyond
that. He lives with six other labs right now and he has always
gotten along with them. And he loves to sneak up on you and give
you big labbie kisses on your elbow or hand or the back of your leg just
to let you know he loves you. He is a big old teddy bear with a
soulful face that you will just fall in love with immediately.
